diPulse Talks Series Introducing: Fitness Instructor and Wellness Coach Brittany Noelle

We all love a good piece of fitness advice, especially when it comes from a well-seasoned professional who has a lot to share. The desire to introduce interesting people, with interesting stories to tell, was the driving force behind our newest series - diPulse Talks.

From elite athletes to fitness influencers and from cross-fit aficionados to wellness lovers, our guests will be sharing the best and juiciest insights, from the diPulse community. Today, we are talking with Brittany Noelle, certified personal trainer, internet sensation, and the mind behind the “fitness that fits you!” motto. We can't wait!

Tell us a bit about you. How did you start your career in fitness?

I’ve been an athlete my whole life. I ran track at an elite level and suffered from many injuries throughout my career. I wanted to learn how to fix myself, move pain-free, and improve my performance. This lead me to take an interest in physical therapy and weight training. My passions for these two things lead me to become a personal trainer so that I could help others achieve their fitness goals.

Your motto is “fitness that fits you!”How would you define it?

I don’t believe there’s a one size fits all approach for fitness. I believe that everyone needs to take the time to find what type of activity brings them joy and how to fit fitness into their own unique lifestyles. It’s all about the journey.

What sets you apart from other fitness influencers?

I'm genuine! I don't fake the funk on my page. I also don't post only fitness on my page. I share my whole lifestyle. I want people to know that I'm a real person and I'm not working out 24/7 and eating the most healthy food options all the time.

What is your idea of wellness and beauty?

My idea of wellness is having good overall health according to medical tests. Also being mentally and spiritually balanced. My idea of beauty is that it's very subjective. Beauty standards are going to be different for everyone and vary across cultures. It’s not worth getting all worked up about fitting to a beauty “standard”. Focus instead on being a good person with good energy and a charismatic heart.

Any golden tips you’d like to share with the diPulse community?

Don’t try to accomplish all of your fitness goals at once. Start with one small thing you can change at a time. Master the 1 thing and then move to the next.
