Warranty

 

  • To whom it may concern, This document outline’s all terms and conditions associated with all diPulse Product/s Warranty.

    All Product/s are covered contractually by a Warranty which commences when you purchase your Product/s and register them on our website: www.dipulse.com, accompanied by a proof of purchase.

    diPulse supports that the Products purchased by you, the “Owner”, meet and conform to the specifications and are free from material and workmanship defects based on the conditions outlined for the Product/s application for the Warranty Period warranted from the date of purchase.

    Should the Product be deemed to be defective during the Warranty Period please contact feedback@dipulse.com or your diPulse Authorised Dealer and / or Seller and the Company will repair or replace with the same or equal Product.

  • NMES Group AB as provider of all garment/s (inc conductive membrane) diPulse products, warrants all product/s sold by any diPulse Authorised Dealer and / or Seller ("Product") to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days from the purchase date, or for the maximum period allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction, if less.

    EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE

    Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:

    • Products purchased other than from an Authorized diPulse Dealer and / or Seller.

    • Damage resulting from abuse or misuse.

    • Damage resulting from extended wear and tear.

    • Damage resulting from tampering or a customer modification.

    • Damage resulting from exposure to a caustic substance.

    • Consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary, and/or special damages (although some states in the United States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so this exclusion might not apply to you).

    This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by diPulse relating to the Product and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, diPulse disclaims all other express or implied warranties.

  • NMES Group AB as provider of all diPulse products warrants all hardware sold by any diPulse Authorised Dealer and / or Seller ("Product")) to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for two years (24 months), or for the maximum period allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction, if less.

    EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE

    Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:

    • Products purchased other than from an Authorized diPulse Dealer and / or Seller.

    • Damage resulting from abuse or misuse including impact and heat damage.

    • Damage resulting from exposure to a caustic substance or excessive moisture ingression.

    • Damage resulting from extended wear and tear.

    • Damage resulting from opening, tampering, or a customer modification.

    • Damage resulting from attempted service or repairs by an unauthorized service provider.

    • Consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary, and/or special damages (although some states in the United States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so this exclusion might not apply to you).

    This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by diPulse relating to the Product and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, diPulse disclaims all other express or implied warranties.
